The month is over!

Cupcakes for breakfast!

I wish.

Busy day. Breakfast was normal, lunch was a salad and dinner was beef + squash.

I went to Body Flow tonight after work.

I’m planning to think more about how I feel about all of this (the month), but – like I said – I don’t really intend to change much of anything.

162 is my norm, but I started on January 1 at 169 – so I’m down 7 pounds. I don’t really count it as actual weight loss since my weight was temporarily inflated from the holidays, but I’ll take it.
