Day 7:

I weighed 167.0 this morning. Up another half pound.

I’m wiped out tonight. Posting from my phone with a sleeping dog on me.

My breakfast was a smoothie + hard boiled egg.

Lunch was a turkey & cheese roll-up eaten in the car while driving from one facility to another. I skipped the rest of the stuff I packed because I had little time.

Had leftovers for dinner (turkey meatballs & chicken nuggets) + some pickles. Took all of 2 minutes to heat & eat.

I supposedly have about 200 calories left for the day, but I’m skipping. I’m surprisingly not very hungry today. Just tired.

I went to a Body Flow class right after work. Today was a cross-train day on the running program, so I’m counting it.
