Breakfast happened in the car again – an Amy’s Bean & Rice Burrito.
I ate lunch outside (with a jacket on!) until mowers came and started mowing all around me.
I packed leftover chicken (all chopped up) + green beans + cheese. I ate this stuff cold. I found the green beans to be surprisingly good eaten cold/straight out of the ziploc. I need to remember this – would be a good snack.
I also packed yogurt/blueberries/a little bit of granola, as usual.
I was not in the mood to deal with dinner, so I quickly made tuna fish (with peppers and onion) and put it on top of shredded cabbage/coleslaw mix. Weird, but I liked it.
No exercise tonight. Too tired to deal with it. I might spend some time on the bike later since it’s a little ridiculous that I’m ready for bed at 7pm – but probably not.
I spent most of the day thinking about/talking about/reading about animal abuse and death, so I stopped on the way home and picked up some “presents” for Henry. Just because.
I started telling him about the “presents” (a term he knows quite well) on our walk so he’d hurry. Needless to say, he was quite worked up by the time we made it back inside.
He’s such a good boy, though.
I can’t imagine my life without my sweet boy.
