I love what I do. Really. Can’t imagine doing anything else.

That said, I did NOT want to get up and go to work this morning. I don’t know what my GD problem was, but I was NOT happy about having to go back to the real world.

Breakfast was made by Jon and consumed quickly while I got a tutorial on the new coffee maker.

I’m thinking I’m going to start having eggs OR fruit + yogurt instead of both. Today was ok. I was hungry mid-morning, but I survived.

My typical packed lunch = a simple salad – spinach, spring mix, carrots – with salsa and a pickle thrown on top. I had no leftovers or other protein source so I threw together some yogurt + fruit, too, since I knew I’d starve with just the salad (and smaller breakfast). This was about 1/4c yogurt, pineapple, frozen blueberries, 5 prunes and walnuts. Plus water and a little bit of leftover coffee.

I lock myself in my office to eat. Some days I contemplate turning the light out so the chance of interruption is even less.

I came home to a groomed husband.

Plus dinner.

Chicken breast + sundried tomatoes on top of spaghetti squash + roasted brussel sprouts w/bacon – found here, as usual.

Unfortunately, I had approximately 8 minutes to eat before rushing back out the door to make it to a class.

I think I love the Keurig.
