I have a pretty strict anti-spitting stance that I’m having to rethink. I don’t know if this is common or if I’m crazy or what, but it’s not something I expected.
Looks like I gradually slowed down overall – something I haven't really been doing much.
Today = 5 min warm-up and two repetitions of this:
* Jog 200 yards (or 90 seconds)
* Walk 200 yards (or 90 seconds)
* Jog 400 yards (or 3 minutes)
* Walk 400 yards (or 3 minutes)
It was the first day of 3 minute intervals, so I guess it makes sense.
Wet, dreary morning – but I'm glad I made the effort.
