The lighting in my kitchen was horrible this morning because it was dark and rainy and early. I guess I could’ve waited until daylight to take pictures, but I was attempting to be organized and prepared and ready to go at a decent time. I packed just half of my breakfast and took it with me vs. eating it all in the car … step in the right direction, I guess.

Eggs and yogurt with peaches, blueberries and walnuts. And lots of black, bitter coffee.

I put the tuna on my salad – turns out tuna and salsa don’t really mix well. I’m not BFF’s with tuna anyway, so … ugh. Won’t be doing that again.

Tonight was the “cheat meal” portion of the week. We instituted the “cheat meal” a long, long time ago and still keep it up even though I think it’s sort of ridiculous. Well … a lot ridiculous. Tonight = homemade nachos.

Blog Stuff

Nachos= chips, pepperjack & colby cheese, black beans, lettuce, sour cream, olives, tomatoes, red onion, homemade guacamole, jalapeños.

And ice cream. X2.

I’m not inclined to deal with fitday. Jon’s watching all the murder/crime/BS glorification shows that are stockpiled on the DVR that I refuse to watch. I’m trying not to puke.
